FAQ

Is it really free?

Yes. The platform charges no fees of any kind to your organization. The only money you'll ever pay is Stripe's standard processing rate on transactions you choose to run through your own Stripe account.

How is this free?

We built this platform for the car club we participate in, because the right model didn't exist. We'd rather earn loyalty than charge platform fees. There are no paid tiers and no add-ons.

Do we have to use Stripe?

Only if you want to collect money. An organization that doesn't charge dues or tickets never connects Stripe and never pays anyone anything.

What about the members?

Members pay nothing to use the platform. If your club charges dues or tickets, they pay your price. There is no member-side fee added on top.
