Do we need to charge to use it?

Can people RSVP without being members?
Yes. Public events get a page where a guest signs up, RSVPs, and pays in one step, with no application or membership required. Regulars who want in apply for membership from the same page.
Can we cap the number of cars?
Yes. Set a cap for the whole event and a cap per audience, so guests can't fill the lot before members RSVP.
How is this different from Eventbrite?
