FAQ

Can we run a regional chapter separately from national?
Yes. Each organization on carclub.org is its own tenant with its own members, dues, and calendar. Members can belong to more than one.
Can we import from ClubExpress or Wild Apricot?
Yes. We import members from CSV during onboarding, with roles and status set, so nobody has to re-apply.
Do we need our own Stripe account?
Only if you charge dues or tickets. Payments run on your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rate, and never through ours.
What does it cost?
Nothing. No platform fee, no subscription, no per-member charge. Stripe's processing fee applies only to payments you choose to take.
