FAQ

Do you charge per member?
No. There is no platform fee and no per-member charge at any club size. Member dues run on your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rate.
Can a member belong to more than one club?
Yes. One account, a membership in each club, with its own role, dues, and status.
Can we import our members?
Yes. We can import from CSV, or work with you & your current system during onboarding, creating roles and statuses.
