FAQ

Can we keep our club private?
Yes. Membership can be referral-only, applications can require review, and the member directory has privacy controls. Nothing about your members is public unless you make an event or your club page public.
Do members need to pay through the platform?
Only if you charge dues. Dues run on your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rate. Clubs that don't charge never connect Stripe.
Can we import our existing member list?
Yes. We import members from CSV or your current system during onboarding, with roles and status set, so nobody has to re-apply.
What does it cost?
Nothing. No platform fee, no subscription, no per-member charge. Stripe's processing fee applies only to payments you choose to take.
